Yet another order of desperately needed PPE equipment dispatched today by our hard working staff. Another 100,000 face masks and face visors on the way over the next few days. It’s important we all try and do our bit to help keep our hardworking front line staff safe.
That includes not just hospitals, but also nursing and care home workers, domiciliary care workers and GP surgeries. We should also look after our shop workers, bus and train staff and delivery staff – they are all exposed and at risk. PPE helps protect them and it also reduces the risk of further spread,
